Ordering
When you make a reservation through our website, we may ask for a guarantee with a credit card. The first name and surname on the reservation must match the guest’s ID card and credit card, which must be presented upon request at check-in. You can view the cancellation and payment conditions for the current offer when you place your order, and they will also be included in the confirmation email you receive afterwards.
Currency shown on the page is for guidance only – all purchases are made in Danish kroner.
Cancellation and no-shows
The cancellation policy depends on the product agreed for the reservation. Read the information on the selected product carefully. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or other provisions apply to the chosen product. If you do not show up without prior cancellation, you will be charged according to the applicable rules. If Kayak Bar and Kayak Republic have incurred expenses specifically related to your booking, you are obliged to cover such expenses.
In case of cancellation, Kayak Bar or Kayak Republic must be contacted by e-mail. In case you try to cancel the order later than the conditions allow, you will be informed. The credit card number provided will be charged according to the cancellation conditions of the offer in question.
You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation to the email address provided. This confirmation is your guarantee that the reservation has been cancelled.
When purchasing concert tickets, payment is charged directly at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets will only be refunded if the concert is canceled or rescheduled.
Changes in the booking
If there are changes in the arrival or end time, number of persons or similar, Kayak Bar and Kayak Republic reserve the right to change the agreed prices. If the end time is not respected, Kayak Bar and Kayak Republic reserve the right to charge you for the product according to the applicable list prices.
Changes must be made in writing (by email) and apply to all reservation types.

All prices are total prices including VAT.
Note: Not all offers can be canceled or modified after the reservation is confirmed.
Please note that credit card fees may apply when paying with certain credit cards.
Pets and smoking are not allowed inside.
Your own safety
Always know where emergency exits, alarm buttons and fire extinguishers are located.
Processing of personal data
Kayak Bar processes personal data provided by persons using our services and products. Kayak Bar is the controller of personal data relating to your reservation.
