Grambogård
Animal welfare is at the heart of Grambogård, because responsibility makes for happy animals, and happy animals make for a tasty and tender piece of meat. At Grambogård, their mission is to deliver a quality that is so good that it can become a dining experience in a class of its own. They go the extra mile to ensure quality in everything they do, and it’s with pride that they send the meat out of the slaughterhouse and into the kitchens.
Grambogård oxen come from family-owned farms and are cared for by farmers who have a broad knowledge of animals and agriculture and who love working with oxen. They select the best oxen themselves.
Their farmers are all local from Funen and Jutland, which ensures a short transportation of maximum two hours.
In winter, the animals are housed in loose housing with a thick layer of straw and fed a seasonal diet. Their growth happens naturally without pressure, and the food is adapted to achieve healthy development and the perfect fatness, flavor and juiciness. As they grow up, the animals are closely monitored by us in collaboration with the farmers.
We use Grambogård for our charcuterie and burgers.
The Happy Chicken Project
Our Danish chickens are slow-growing breeds that live a life with good animal welfare.
Our welfare chickens live a calm and comfortable life. They grow up in clean and familiar surroundings. The chickens have free access to nutritious feed and clean water around the clock, so they choose when they eat and drink.
Inside the barn, there are toys to keep them entertained. This way, we ensure that we have happy chickens. The chickens are a slow-growing breed and are raised without the use of antibiotics. They grow at their natural, natural pace, which increases the chickens’ quality of life and makes them stronger and healthier.
We use welfare chicken for our chicken burger.
Fiskerikajen – Respect for the sea
Our company grew out of a passion for gentle fishing, pure raw materials and an uncompromising pursuit of the best quality. We know our place in the food system and recognize our responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable use of ocean resources.
We respect the ocean and know that if we want to continue to harvest from marine ecosystems, we need to take responsibility. With a focus on innovation, development and new thinking, gentle coastal fishing can pave the way for a much more sustainable fishery in the future.
HKI cheeses
We only use Danish organic cheeses for our breakfast and cheese board.
Bite syrup
We use organic Danish produced syrup for our cocktails and lemonades.
Carlsberg
Bluetail is organic cocktails on tap. They are made in collaboration with the small Aarhus-based distillery Njord, which specializes in making gin. There are many great things about ‘Bluetail’. One of the benefits is that you’ll always serve cocktails of consistently high quality, no matter how many employees you have and how little experience they have in making cocktails.
Carlsberg beer is one of the most sustainable beers in the world and Carlsberg is constantly working to make their beers CO2 free.
Siefert Wines and Cocktails
Since 2017, Siefert Vine, a family business headed by Nikolaj Siefert, has specialized in the import and distribution of quality wines in barrels.
We want to offer a more sustainable approach to wine sales compared to conventional bottled wine sales and optimize the pouring operations of our dear customers – but most importantly, we sell amazing, delicious wines and cocktails that combine price and quality.
Each wine keg saves 26-32 wine bottles and all associated packaging. This reduces the amount of waste and saves a lot of space during transportation. Since the wine doesn’t oxidize in the cask, it reduces wine waste, half-empty bottles and lazy bubbles – fresh wine from the first glass to the last.
